Absolute Travel Services is looking for Freelance Travel Consultants

Enjoy Guatemala is the brand of Absolute Travel Services LLC. We are an online tour operator and destination specialist for Guatemala and Central America with management in USA. Our expertise is to elaborate custom tour packages for FIT's and groups.

Your responsibility:
Updating the information in the Website, make changes to the texts in the websites to keep it up to date, managing the social media, redact blogs for the website, request rates and information to service providers, look for pictures for the website, enter information in the data base, keep control of sales, training consultants, make new packages for the website, sell vacations in Guatemala, Belize and Panama (and also surrounding countries) to international clients (mainly US, also Asian and others). You are in charge of your clients throughout the entire process from creating custom itineraries and quotes, consulting, booking services to creating all travel documents.

Your profile:

• Fluent in English
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, structured way of working
• Customer service oriented and experienced
• Consulting skills, flair for sales – previous experience as a travel agent is not a must
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Guatemala knowledge
• Belize and Panama knowledge preferably
• Computer skills (excel, word, e-mail, booking systems, admin tools)
• Willing to learn

Conditions:

• Candidate completes the training for all countries
• Start any time after training is completed
• Monthly salary for the administrative part and commission-based salary, compensation based on sales
• No client acquisition required, you receive new leads from us
• Remote work, you need to have Internet connection and computer
• Available 8 hours from Monday to Friday and 4 hours Saturday, flexible working hours
• Commitment to being available for and in touch with clients (in a timely manner)
