Tour Program (Full Day)
We will pick you up at your hotel in Antigua or Guatemala City. The National Park ‘Volcan Pacaya y Laguna de Calderas’ is close to the pacific coast, therefore, easy to reach from Antigua or Guatemala City.
Pacaya Volcano does not require a high level of hiking. However, there are steep hills and it can get muddy. A 1 ½ hour hike brings us to one of the cones of the volcano where amazing views and an atmosphere heated by the lava enhance our experience.
Horses are available for an extra cost in case it gets too challenging.
